About the role

Interacts with members to gain knowledge and understanding of their financial needs. Utilizes all available resources to provide the best solution to ultimately enrich the member experience. Accurately and efficiently documents and processes the full range of member transactions to ensure member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greets members; assesses their needs and concerns; takes initiative to develop solutions to ensure member satisfaction.
• Documents and processes member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other services.
• Provides information and promotes appropriate products and services to match member needs.
• Performs routine branch duties such as assisting with opening and closing procedures and maintaining supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• A minimum of two years prior customer service experience or cash handling experience.

Physical Demands

• Intermittent standing, sitting, and walking.
• Using hands repetitively to handle, feel, or operate computers and other standard office equipment.
• Reaching with hands and arms.
• Intermittent lifting and carrying between 5 and 25 pounds.
