Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll:

• Greet customers with a positive and helpful attitude
• Process transactions accurately while maintaining security and compliance
• Educate customers about banking products and services
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Key qualifications include:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn matters most

Schedule

Scheduling will include rotating Saturdays from 9 to 12.
