Teller/Banker (Jones Maltsberger)

Responsibilities

• As a Teller/Banker, you will often deliver the very first impression of the credit union to our members (credit union lingo for customers).
• You will become an expert and champion of Security Service products and services to help our members reach their financial goals.
• You will build and nurture long-lasting relationships by promoting our checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance services, to name a few.
• You will only offer products and services that meet our member's needs and contribute to their financial success.
• You will be a team player and support the credit union in becoming America's Best by meeting sales goals, proactively identifying cross-sell opportunities, and educating members on digital services available to them.
• You will provide "universal" service and will be cross-trained in both teller and banker functions to better serve our members.

• Completes any other job-related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.
