Teller and Member Service Representative

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

About the Role

Member cash functions are performed promptly and accurately. Member records are maintained accurately and forms filed promptly. Investigates incomplete or inaccurate information promptly. Courteously assists members with the various forms and questions they may have regarding rates and policies. Courteously answers the telephone by the third ring. Promptly acknowledges all members and visitors at the teller window.

Knowledgeable of all member policies for share & share draft accounts, loans and rates, EFT and payroll functions, fees, and other policies. Able to accurately and courteously counsel members regarding different types of accounts, loans, and other benefits and services offered by the Credit Union. Promptly and accurately reconciles payrolls as they are received. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of computer systems in performing daily operations. Willing to work on any special projects assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Previous cashier/teller experience preferred but not required
• Cash handling experience required
• High school diploma or GED
