Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-6pm
Work closely with members of the community
Help clients build a better financial future
Resolve client problems
- Either through direct personal action
- or referral to alternative branch or bank resources
Identify and maximize cross-sell banks opportunities
- Explore clients' needs
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience
- Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking
- Solid balancing and customer service skills
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs
