Schedule
Monday Thursday 11am-5pm, Friday 11am-6pm
Work closely with members of the community
You'll become a banking expert and guide clients to products and services that will improve their everyday lives.
Resolve client problems
- Either through direct personal action
- or referral to alternative branch or bank resources
Identify and maximize cross-sell banks opportunities
- Through exploring needs
Qualifications
- Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience
- Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking
- Must have solid balancing and customer service skills
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
