Responsibilities

• Represent Members First Credit Union in a professional and courteous manner while performing essential member service functions
• Follow established procedures related to cash handling and transaction processing
• Balance cash drawer, manage transactions and verify cash totals
• Cross-sell products and answer questions concerning members’ accounts and/or other services provided by Members First Credit Union

• Effective communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to adapt and handle multiple priorities
• Ability to lift forms, boxes, and other moderately heavy materials and records

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cash handling or sales experience
• Prior financial institution experience a plus
