Responsibilities
- Knock on doors and run the system using company-provided leads
- Follow step-by-step training including licensing guidance, product training, and door-to-door scripts
- Participate in regular calls, ride-alongs, and field coaching provided by the leadership team
- Plug into the same process Ashley used to build an 8-figure team across multiple states
- Grow through clear milestones from new agent to team leader with increasing responsibility and overrides
