Become a part of our caring community As a Telephonic Registered Nurse Care Manager, you will support patients by coordinating their care, assessing their healthcare needs, and helping ensure they receive the appropriate services and resources. You will be working fully remote and communicating with patients, caregivers, providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
