Responsibilities

  • Provides helpful information to internal and external callers
  • Maintains detailed documentation in the appropriate communication logs
  • Dispatches Security requests using two way radios in a timely manner
  • Monitors alerts and alarms
  • Notifies appropriate departments or individuals when required
  • Affords assistance with mentoring and training of new employees

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy for those in crisis
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize work, and manage interruptions easily
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Willingness to work, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work autonomously and with a team

Schedule

Every Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; every Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; and every other Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
