Telephone Intake Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Registration and scheduling of patients to the Department of Clinical Genetics
• Collection and entry of required patient information into the research database and EPIC EMR system at the time of appointment scheduling
• Clerical duties including chart creation, medical record collection, data entry, insurance verification
• Delivery of excellent customer service via phone to patients and referring providers
