City Eau Claire State WI Remote NO Department Nursing Responsibilities Functions as an interdisciplinary team member to meet patient and family care needs. Communicates with health care team to assist in the care plan, interventions, and provision of a safe environment of care. The telemetry monitor technician monitors all patients on telemetry under the direct supervision of the RN. Takes responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a registered nurse and/or provider. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's rhythm and rhythm changes. Qualifications High School diploma required. Additional Qualifications Successful completion of basic rhythm interpretation course. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Demonstrates solution-oriented decision making and problem solving, utilizes excellent verbal and written communication, flexibility, team building, and displays honesty, respect, and trust in daily work. Basic computer knowledge. License or certification CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician) National Certification required within one year of employment.
