The Monitor Technician observes and reports on cardiac rhythms to the nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge appropriate to the age of patients served.
- Observe and report on cardiac rhythms to the nursing staff.
- Report cardiac rhythm changes that are indicative of further investigation.
Requirements
- Previous hospital experience required.
- BLS Certification required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
