Job Summary

You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will assess patients, perform skilled procedures, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Detect and recognize acute changes, escalate or address concerns, and monitor critical results.
• Administer and monitor therapeutic interventions and regimens, including starting and maintaining intravenous therapies and administering medication according to patients' rights.
• Manage rapidly changing situations by identifying, assessing, and anticipating patient needs.
• Organize and manage work efficiently, prioritizing tasks and coordinating care for multiple patients in a timely manner.
• Contribute to a healing environment, providing patient comfort and support, serving as a patient advocate, and maintaining a therapeutic environment.
• Assess and evaluate patient readiness and ability to learn, effectively explain patient conditions and illnesses, and interpret their illness.

Job Requirements

• Nursing degree or equivalent, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification, upon hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification, upon hire (preferred).
• Bachelor's of Nursing degree in Nursing or equivalent, upon hire (preferred).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification, upon hire (preferred).
