About the role
Provide direct patient care to medically complex patients requiring close monitoring and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in partnership with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on managing their conditions, medications, and post-discharge needs.
- Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Support professional growth through organizational resources and career development pathways.
Schedule
- Work rotating shifts, with no on-call requirement.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma, ADN, BSN, or MSN); new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Active RN license; prior acute or telemetry experience is beneficial but not required.
