Telemetry Registered Nurse

Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) Provide patient care in hospital settings by monitoring cardiac telemetry using highly technical equipment. Deliver critical nursing interventions for patients requiring continuous monitoring, while maintaining safety, documentation accuracy, and effective communication with the care team. Key Duties Continuously monitor telemetry readings and recognize changes in patient condition.Assess patients, implement nursing care, and respond promptly to clinical events.Administer and manage care in accordance with clinical protocols and physician orders.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.Maintain accurate documentation and report pertinent information consistently. Qualifications & Skills Active RN license (Telemetry/medical-surgical experience preferred).Strong telemetry interpretation and critical thinking skills.Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.Excellent communication, assessment, and patient-safety focus.Comfort with technical monitoring equipment and related workflows.
