Telemetry Nurse - FT Days

Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a small-format hospital setting, focusing on inpatient, telemetry, step-down, and tele RN duties. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care tailored to age and clinical needs.Follow physician orders and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.Adhere to infection control, aseptic techniques, and safety protocols.Collect lab samples, perform tests, and assist with diagnostic or treatment procedures.Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers, and assemble necessary equipment.Perform quality assessments, attend meetings, and perform additional assigned duties. Qualifications & Skills: Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.Current RN license without sanctions.At least 2 years of full-time RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare roles.Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.For Pennsylvania candidates, background clearances as mandated by state law.
