Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and respond to patient status changes
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families about their care
• Document in electronic health records (EHR)
• Support safe patient discharges

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license
