About the role
Telemedicine Body Imaging Radiology Physician provides remote interpretation of MRI, CT, and Ultrasound, ensures accurate diagnosis, supports patient care through telehealth services, collaborates with healthcare teams, adheres to credentialing and certification requirements, and emphasizes high-quality remote diagnostic services.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote interpretation of imaging modalities including Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Computed Tomography, and Ultrasound.
- Ensure accurate diagnosis and support patient care through telehealth services.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and adhere to credentialing and certification requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Board Certification in Radiology required; Mammography Fellowship not necessary.
- Strong diagnostic skills in body imaging and proficiency with telemedicine technology are essential.
Key Duties
- Perform remote imaging interpretations during standard weekday hours.
- Fulfill ongoing locum tenens needs contingent on credentialing.
- Maintain compliance with credentialing processes and certification standards.
