Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the branch.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all machinery is in good working condition.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in equipment operation and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools.
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
