Responsibilities

• Makes outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
• Identifies and qualifies leads for agents by gathering relevant client information.
• Stays informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
• Follows up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
• Provides initial information to potential clients and answers basic questions about insurance options.
• Maintains and updates a database of prospects and client interactions.
• Ensures all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
• Prepares regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Professional and courteous telephone manner.
• Strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.

Compensation

$45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
