Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Call potential customers by phone to promote insurance products, transfer or schedule appointments for licensed Account Representatives
• Follow approved scripts, and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of outcomes
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Prior telemarketing, call center, or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calling.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM/lead systems.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus).
• Must follow all applicable laws (e.g., call recording, opt-out requests, and consent rules).
