Job Summary

You will pioneer mental healthcare in Williston, ND, establishing and leading innovative telepsychiatry services. Design and implement comprehensive, state-of-the-art virtual psychiatric care pathways, impacting mental health awareness and treatment across a diverse patient panel.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive, state-of-the-art virtual psychiatric care pathways
• Collaborate seamlessly with on-site primary care providers, emergency medicine, neurology, and other specialists within an integrated care model
• Provide remote psychiatric support using advanced telepsychiatry approaches
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a robust patient panel experiencing high demand for psychiatric services
• Ensure coordinated, holistic patient management through virtual consultations
• Contribute to a modern, integrated medical network
• Address a significant community need by reducing wait times and increasing access to quality mental healthcare

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
• Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota
• Strong clinical skills for telemedicine delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
