Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and client risk evaluations
• Develop tailored, evidence-based psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly within the electronic health records system
• Offer supportive psychotherapeutic guidance and patient education concerning medication adherence and mental health

Requirements

• Licensure & Certification: Current ANCC or AANP Board Certification as a PMHNP alongside an active, unencumbered APRN/RN state license
• Prescribing Credentials: Valid DEA registration and state prescriptive privileges
• Technical Requirements: Active NPI number, reliable high-speed internet, and a confidential, HIPAA‑compliant work space
