Telehealth Rheumatologist — Tele-Rheumatology About The Opportunity MindCare Solutions is seeking a board-certified Rheumatologist to join our growing Tele-Rheumatology service line, supporting Acute Care hospital partners. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a new specialty service from the ground up, bringing timely rheumatologic expertise to hospitals facing significant specialist shortages nationwide. Scope of Practice Tele-Rheumatology services, on demand, 24/7/365Inflammatory arthritis evaluation and managementAutoimmune and connective tissue disease workupBiologic therapy initiation and monitoringInpatient flare management and discharge planningInpatient, ED, and outpatient access across Acute Care facilitiesThe specific case mix will vary by facility; the ideal candidate is comfortable managing a broad range of inflammatory and autoimmune rheumatologic conditions across inpatient settings.
