We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the description. Key info: - Title: Primary Therapist — Clinical Department Development & Leadership Opportunity Hawai‘i Virtual Care | Fully Remote — Hawai‘i - Compensation: $70 - $90 per hour d.o.e - Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor - Location: Fully Remote — Must reside in Hawai‘i or otherwise meet applicable Hawai‘i licensure and telehealth requirements - Schedule: Based on client census and program needs - Growth Opportunity: Potential transition to a full-time salaried W-2 position as the program grows - Build Something Meaningful in Hawai‘i (description) - Position Overview: description of duties. - Key Responsibilities: Clinical Services (list), Clinical Department Development, Leadership & Supervision, Documentation, Compliance & Care Coordination. - Requirements Qualifications: list of qualifications. - Preferred Leadership Experience: list. - The position will initially be structured as a 1099 independent contractor role. As HVC's client census and staffing needs increase, there may be an opportunity for the position to transition to a full-time salaried W-2 position. - Why Hawai‘i Virtual Care? (description) - Salary Description $70-$90 an hour (duplicate of compensation) We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content goes where. "About the role": could be the Position Overview paragraph. "Responsibilities": list of duties (Clinical Services, Clinical Department Development, Leadership & Supervision, Documentation, Compliance & Care Coordination). Could be combined into a single list or separate subheadings? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So within Responsibilities we can have a

of duties. "Requirements": maybe the mandatory qualifications (must have). "Qualifications": maybe the preferred? But they said both Requirements and Qualifications sections. Could split: Requirements = mandatory (license, residency, degree). Qualifications = preferred experience, skills. "Skills": maybe list of skills like clinical judgment, communication, etc. "Benefits": maybe growth opportunity, potential transition to full-time, etc. But we need actual benefits stated. The posting mentions "Growth Opportunity: Potential transition to a full-time salaried W-2 position as the program grows". Also "Why Hawai‘i Virtual Care?" description about shaping new department, professional growth. Could treat as Benefits. "Pay": compensation $70-$90 per hour d.o.e. "Schedule": Based on client census and program needs. We must not include sections with placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". We have actual numbers. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to ensure we include all substantive info: The description includes many details about duties, qualifications, preferred experience, etc. We must not lose any. We need to decide how to structure without losing detail. Potential approach:

That covers many duties. Now Requirements (mandatory): - Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution. - Current Hawai‘i behavioral health license or associate-level credential, as applicable to the candidate's profession and scope of practice. - Independently licensed clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply. - Must reside in Hawai‘i or otherwise meet applicable Hawai‘i requirements to provide telehealth services to clients in Hawai‘i. - Reliable high-speed internet and a private, confidential workspace appropriate for telehealth services. Also maybe "Experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient, IOP, substance use disorder, co-occurring, or telehealth setting preferred." That's preferred, not required. We'll put mandatory in Requirements. Qualifications (maybe preferred/experience): - Experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient, IOP, substance use disorder, co-occurring, or telehealth setting preferred. - Knowledge of DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria, biopsychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation. - Experience working with mental health, substance use, trauma-related, and co-occurring concerns. - Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), relapse prevention, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches. - Experience providing individual and group therapy virtually. - Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to independently manage a clinical caseload and virtual schedule. - Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote multidisciplinary team. - Ability to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards in a virtual environment. But some of those are skills; we could move to Skills section. Skills: - Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to independently manage a clinical caseload and virtual schedule. - Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote multidisciplinary team. - Ability to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards in a virtual environment. - Knowledge of DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria, biopsychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation. - Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), relapse prevention, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Benefits: - Potential transition to a full-time salaried W-2 position as the program grows. - Opportunity to help shape a new clinical department, contribute to development of services and processes, and grow professionally alongside the organization. - Opportunity to provide meaningful clinical care while contributing to development of a new statewide program. - Expand access to behavioral healthcare throughout Hawai‘i. Pay: - Compensation: $70 - $90 per hour d.o.e. - Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor. Schedule: - Schedule: Based on client census and program needs. - Location: Fully Remote — Must reside in Hawai‘i or otherwise meet applicable Hawai‘i licensure and telehealth requirements. We need to avoid duplication. Location could be in About the role? But we have Schedule section; location maybe part of About the role or separate? Not required to have a Location section; we can include location in About the role paragraph or in Schedule? The instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. We have Schedule content; we can include location in About the role or maybe we can add a separate section? Not listed; we have only those headings. So we can incorporate location into About the role or Schedule? Probably About the role includes location. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. We need to ensure we don't miss any substantive info: The "Build Something Meaningful in Hawai‘i" paragraph, "Why Hawai‘i Virtual Care?" paragraph, etc. We'll include those in About the role or Benefits. Let's draft About the role:
