About the role

Telehealth Physicians at AmplifyMD provide remote specialty care consultations to patients at partner medical facilities through secure video and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patient records
• Conducting virtual assessments
• Providing diagnostic impressions
• Recommending treatment plans
• Documenting encounters in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Collaborating closely with onsite clinicians
• Responding to consult requests in a timely manner
• Participating in care coordination to support optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted medical license in an IMLC state
• Board certification or board eligibility in a relevant specialty: Neurology, Hematology/Oncology, Pulmonary, Vascular Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology or Epilepsy
• Demonstrated experience providing clinical care, preferably with prior telehealth or virtual care exposure
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), telehealth platforms, and basic digital communication tools
• Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and commitment to evidence-based medicine
• Reliable high-speed internet access and a private, professional environment for conducting telehealth visits
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to varying consult volumes
• Demonstrated commitment to equitable access to care and to improving patient outcomes across diverse populations
