About The Role

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide telehealth rehabilitation services on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through virtual care. The primary area of need is Oregon, with opportunities to support residents in Washington, Idaho, and Montana as services expand. The candidate must be based in Medford, OR.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth evaluations and treatment sessions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state regulations and professional standards.

Requirements

• Active PT license in Oregon and Washington required.
• Additional licensure in Idaho and/or Montana preferred.
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Position Details

$60-$65/hour
