Your Impact
Congratulate yourself on joining a dynamic team of healthcare providers dedicated to improving women's health. You will conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care. Complete required training(s) and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices. Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner. Respond to patient questions and administrative messages and tasks with clarity and care. Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate.
Required Qualifications
Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board Certification: Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine. Endocrinology Fellowship Training & Board Eligibility: Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship.
Board-eligible in Endocrinology through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
Commitment to obtain ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of hire.
Experience: Women's health experience is a plus!
Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity.
Webside Manner: A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting.
Evidence-Based Practice: A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
Prior telehealth experience is a plus.
