At Centria Autism, our Telehealth BCBAs lead in-home ABA services virtually—partnering with families and technicians to bring compassionate, high-quality care directly into clients’ homes. Responsibilities

• Periodic travel to the market (travel expenses paid by Centria)
• Earn a base salary of $80,000–$90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month)
• Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
• Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
• Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• BCBA certification
• Experience in delivering ABA services in home settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CareConnect platform
