Summary of Performance Expectations

Serves as telephone communications source for the medical center.

Provides after hours paging for numerous physician groups with the ability to adapt to the ongoing changing needs for individual practices.

Serves as dispatcher for medical center police officers.

Monitors the surveillance cameras and alerts hospital police to potential issues.

Maintains awareness of various alarms such as fire, code blue ERT, RRT as well as others.

Serves as hospital’s 911 and activates reverse 911 paging when directed.

Serves as access control monitor for designated areas.
