Telecommunications Operator, PBX Services, Ft, 12P-10:30P

Responsibilities

• Operates multiple-position telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls.
• Performs miscellaneous hospital Telecommunications and clerical duties as needed.
• Maintains and monitors all hospital alarms.
• Performs code paging and provides patient information.
• Delivers exceptional service to all callers.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of one year customer service experience.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Average salary range for this position is $16.00 - $18.94 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Certificate of attendance, GED, or equivalent.
• Associate of Arts degree preferred.
• Good command of written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
