Telecommunications Field Supervisor

TAK Broadband is seeking a Telecommunications Field Supervisor to join their team in Milton, WI. The role involves supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, and maintaining high performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned team members
• Adhere to company safety standards and all relevant laws
• Exceed client and company performance metrics for your team
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to team members
• Review and provide feedback on 10% of team member work
• Complete safety observations and ensure resources are secure and in good working order
• Manage disciplinary actions and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with company, federal, and state rules and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot issues
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Develop and coach team members
• Work in various conditions including indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces, and elevated positions
• Maintain a valid driver's license

Requirements

• 3+ years of broadband or telecommunications experience
• Prior leadership experience (optional)
• Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Strong desire to grow and develop team members
• Ability to work in various conditions including indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces, and elevated positions
• Safety awareness and adherence to company safety standards
• Valid driver's license
