Responsibilities

• Engaged in design documentation; responsible for set-up and management of Revit BIM models in coordination with other discipline BIM leads and team members.
• Work under the direction of telecom discipline or project leads to showcase Revit expertise while adhering to Jacobs and client BIM standards.
• Use Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD to create and manage content towards fully coordinated 3D models across all design disciplines (C,S,A,M,E,P,T,I,L) and produce 2D construction drawings.
• Coordinate with designers, discipline leads, architects and engineers on the same Jacobs design team.
• Apply Jacobs design methods and keen eye for detail to turn senior telecom design intent into constructable deliverables, including clash‑free 3D models.
• Bring Revit knowledge, curiosity, multi‑tasking, collaboration and organizational skills to grow and make big impacts.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 3 years of Revit design experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design and construction industry
• A growing understanding of how codes and standards shape design decisions
• A growing understanding of design and construction specifications and their function
• Experience following client design and modeling standards
