About the role
The successful candidate will manage complex telecom projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, network operations, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and timelines, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks to meet project goals.
- Oversee project execution, providing regular updates to senior management and steering committees.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a telecom or technology environment.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of telecom infrastructure and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in telecom.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
