Telecom OSP Field Designer

OSP Field Designer responsible for supporting telecom and utility infrastructure projects by performing field walkouts, collecting site and right-of-way data, and converting findings into accurate outside plant (OSP) designs. Key Duties Include Conduct field walkouts and gather detailed site measurements and observations.Translate field data into OSP construction-ready designs using AutoCAD and GIS tools.Produce construction drawings and assemble complete permitting packages.Create bills of materials (BOMs) and support documentation accuracy.Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet technical, safety, quality, and client standards.Maintain a collaborative, learning-focused approach to improve design accuracy and constructability. Qualifications/Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS, strong ability to interpret and apply field-collected data, attention to detail, and the capability to produce clear, compliant construction and permitting deliverables.
