Telecom Client Delivery Director - Remote

About the role

Single point of accountability for delivery of a major programme. Owns the P&L, client relationship, and operational delivery end-to-end. Extensive travel required. Open to candidates from anywhere in the USA who are permitted to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Client ownership: relationship holder with end-client stakeholders; runs QBRs, escalation management, and commercial/contractual governance
• Delivery leadership: owns programme plan, resourcing, and field/engineering teams delivering against SOW milestones
• Commercial management: P&L accountability for the account, change control, margin protection, forecasting and reporting into Entegro leadership
• Team leadership: line management of project managers, field engineering leads, and coordination with US-based delivery resources for the end-client project
• Risk & governance: programme RAID management, compliance with client and regulatory requirements, safety/quality standards
• Growth: identifies and shapes expansion opportunities within the account (additional scope, adjacent services)

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering large-scale network infrastructure/telecoms programmes in the US market
• Experience managing client relationships at director/VP level with a vendor or carrier
• Strong operational/field delivery background (network builds, decommissioning, optical/transport networks)
• Comfortable owning commercial outcomes, not just delivery execution
• US-based and willing to travel extensively; ideally with existing carrier/vendor network
