Tele-Radiology - Locum Tenens

Role Overview

This remote Tele Radiology position involves providing diagnostic imaging interpretation for a Level I Trauma and stroke center in the Chicago area.

Responsibilities

• Interpretation of general STAT radiology procedures, primarily CT, US, XR, with occasional MRI and rare NM exams.
• Focus on neuro, body scans, and neuro CTAs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Work within a Level I Trauma setting, supporting urgent diagnostic needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology.
• Active Illinois or IMLC medical license.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system.
• Strong knowledge of trauma and stroke imaging protocols.

Additional Details

• The role offers remote coverage with a flexible 7 days on/2 weeks off rotation, potential for 7 days on/7 days off.
• Includes travel, credentialing support, and malpractice coverage provided by the staffing agency.
