Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for teens, focusing on their unique developmental needs.
• Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure seamless care for patients with both dental and orthodontic concerns.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote oral health education and preventive care among teens.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through continuing education and CE credits.

Requirements

• Current license to practice dentistry in Missouri.
• Experience working with adolescent patients preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
• Completed residency training in pediatric dentistry or orthodontics.
• Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.
