About the role
We are seeking a Teen Coordinator to join our team. The role involves supporting and engaging with young people aged 13-19 years old.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs that foster positive youth development
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery
- Provide individual and group support to teens
- Assist in the recruitment and training of teen volunteers
- Maintain accurate records and reports on program activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, education, psychology)
- At least 2 years of experience working with adolescents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with technology and social media platforms
Qualifications
- Passion for working with teenagers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools

Pay
