Full-time position based in Campodarsego, Padova, Italy with a salary range of €27,000 – €28,800 per year for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

About the role

Unox S.p.A, a market leader in high-end oven production and certified as one of Europe’s top 100 workplaces, is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to join our Kaizen Promotion Office team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the design phase of equipment, machines, and systems with other team areas to assess feasibility using available technologies (machines, tools, standard components).
• Build equipment, machines, and systems designed by other team areas, including purely mechanical solutions as well as those with electrical, electronic, and automation components.
• Maintain equipment, machines, and systems already in use across Unox production plants.
• Manage, maintain, and service the machines and tools available in the KPO-LAB.
• Operate automatic machines (e.g., laser cutters, press brakes, saws) to produce components for team-designed equipment.
• Analyze technological needs that may require introducing new tools or machines to the KPO-LAB and select them for purchase.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Electromechanical studies.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in electromechanical roles is a plus.
• Recent graduate (0 years of experience) or entry-level candidates welcome.
