About the role

The Forward Engineering Team at Candid is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our dynamic and innovative environment. This role will focus on developing cutting-edge solutions to streamline medical billing processes and improve efficiency in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
• Work closely with the product development team to design and implement new features
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in medical billing systems
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in healthcare IT
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in software development or a related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT and billing systems
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Experience with database management systems like SQL
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
