Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to work with large, complex datasets
- Proven experience supporting workforce or workplace operational metrics, including trend analysis, capacity planning, forecasting, and utilization analysis
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into clear, compelling narratives that drive leadership decision-making
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments, with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights
- Strong critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities effectively
- Sound judgment in balancing speed, rigor, and risk, with an understanding of regulatory, reputational, and people-related risk considerations
- Track record of proactively developing recommendations and actionable options-not just presenting data or identifying issues
