Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering instruction in basic technology skills, typing, and software use.
- Teaching digital citizenship, online safety, and responsible technology behaviors.
- Introducing foundational coding concepts and problem-solving activities.
- Maintaining and organizing computer lab hardware, peripherals, and supplies.
- Supporting teachers with technology integration and digital tools.
- Assessing student progress and adapting instruction for diverse ability levels.
- Creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Collaborating with staff and participating in school-wide initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Current and valid teaching certificate.
- Prior classroom teaching experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm for technology in education.
- Growth mindset and passion for helping students build digital confidence.
- Completion of the Protecting God’s Children workshop (required by the Archdiocese of St. Louis).
