Technology Strategy Senior Consultant
Work You'll Do
- Synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting on outputs.
- Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope; develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope.
- Design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract, and client needs and strive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results.
- Assist in developing technology strategies that support profitabiltiy, growth, and enterprise value creation.
- Assess platforms, architectures, capabilities, and operating model requirements to help clients scale effectively.
- Create client deliverables such as roadmaps, business cases, transformation plans, and executive presentations.
- Support engagement planning by helping define scope, develop workplans, coordinate activities across workstreams, and identify scope changes.
- Analyze solution options, interpret findings, and validate outputs to support recommendations and improve deliverable quality.

Work You'll Do
- Own the creation and execution of a technical execution plan for your domain - maintaining delivery commitments and proactively surfacing risks.
- Provide hands-on technical design guidance to unblock infrastructure automation engineering: architecture decisions, integration patterns, implementation approaches.
- Lead detailed design and drive execution of infrastructure test harnesses, infrastructure automation engineering, and deployment capabilities within your domain.
- Drive technical decisions within your domain, ensuring solutions are standardized and production-scalable.
- Coordinate with the Testing Platform team on infrastructure onboarding, test suite migration, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Manage cross-domain dependencies and represent your domain's delivery status to program leadership and client stakeholders.
- Develop junior team members through direct coaching, design reviews, and structured feedback.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, with proven ability to engage senior technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline
- Proven track record delivering automation engineering or test infrastructure at scale
- Experience leading small-to-mid-size engineering teams in a technical capacity
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks; ability to review and guide automation code
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present domain status and risk clearly to non-technical audiences
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, based on the work you do and the clients/industry sectors you serve
