Responsibilities
- Draft patent applications for innovative clients, including descriptions and figures.
- Correspond with the patent office about pending patent applications.
- Advise patent litigation teams based on your technical and scientific expertise.
- Interview inventors about new ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in Electrical Engineering, specifically semiconductor technology.
- 2+ years of patent drafting and/or prosecution experience.
- Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
Preferred qualifications: Strong English and Korean language skills; registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $185,000. The salary offered will depend on individual qualifications and experience.
