About the role
MSI Metro Sales Inc., a 100% Employee-Owned Company, is seeking an Experienced Employee-Owner Technology Sales Consultant to join their expanding sales team at their Headquarters in Burnsville, MN.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow your pipeline through strategic cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Create and execute new business strategies that move the needle.
- Create real value for clients by connecting them with the right technology solutions.
- Craft compelling proposals and lead impactful presentations for individual decision makers to C-level executives.
- Serve as a trusted resource, delivering business solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals across hardware, document management software, printer fleet management, and professional services.
Requirements
- Strong communicator with polished presentation skills.
- Well versed in cost analysis and lease contracts.
- Solutions-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated success thriving in a competitive sales environment.
- Possesses a creative, solution driven, consultative mindset when identifying opportunities that serve the customer and meets MSI’s standards.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Reliable vehicle.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 3+ years experience in B2B outside sales.
- 2+ years experience documenting within a CRM platform.
- Experience with contract negotiations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Pay
Base Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 DOE
Schedule
Anticipated First Year OTE: $90,000-$110,000
