Technology Sales Consultant
About the role
Metro Sales Inc., founded in 1969, is a 100% Employee-Owned Company that has grown into one of the largest office technology and solutions providers in the Midwest. We are currently seeking an Employee-Owner Technology Sales Consultant to join our expanding sales team in Rochester, MN.
What You Will Do
- Build and grow your prospect pipeline through strategic cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with a high-energy, motivated sales team that genuinely supports each other's success.
- Develop and execute new business strategies that move the needle.
- Create real value for clients by connecting them with the right technology solutions.
- Serve as a trusted technical resource, delivering business solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
- Craft compelling proposals and lead impactful presentations for C-level executives and senior leadership.
- Stay ahead of your customers' evolving needs in a rapidly changing technology landscape.
- Consistently meet monthly sales goals across hardware, document management software, printer fleet management, and professional services.
Minimum Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Clean driving record
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Prior experience in B2B sales
