About the role
Metro Sales Inc., a 100% Employee-Owned Company founded in 1969, is seeking an Employee-Owner Technology Sales Consultant to join our expanding sales team in Owatonna, MN.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow your prospect pipeline through strategic cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with a high-energy, motivated sales team that genuinely supports each other's success.
- Develop and execute new business strategies that move the needle.
- Create real value for clients by connecting them with the right technology solutions.
- Serve as a trusted technical resource, delivering business solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
- Craft compelling proposals and lead impactful presentations for C-level executives and senior leadership.
- Stay ahead of your customers' evolving needs in a rapidly changing technology landscape and strengthen and retain your existing customer base.
- Consistently meet monthly sales goals across hardware, document management software, printer fleet management, and professional services.
Requirements
- Strong communicator with polished presentation skills.
- A true team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Experienced working within a CRM platform.
- Demonstrated success thriving in a competitive sales environment.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Prior experience in B2B sales.
