Join EY and help to build a better working world. The role supports the delivery of technology initiatives within EY's Real Estate and Office Technology Refresh Program portfolio. Working alongside senior project managers and regional stakeholders, this role helps coordinate projects to ensure technology solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business requirements. The role will primarily support office construction, renovation, and technology deployment projects, including Audio Visual (AV), network infrastructure, printing services, IoT solutions, smart lockers, and workstation technologies. This position is ideal for an individual looking to develop project management expertise while gaining experience in workplace technology and real estate programs across a global organization. This role will work towards independently leading small Real Estate Office and Office Technology projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of office technology projects across the Americas region.
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate project activities and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and action items, escalating concerns when appropriate.
- Support project governance activities, including status reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with Real Estate, Workplace Services, Technology, and vendor teams to support project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and project repositories.
- Help ensure technology deployments align with EY standards and approved processes.
- Coordinate vendor deliverables and track progress against agreed timelines.
